AIPL engages global best practices in to security processes and practices within the organization. AIPL is certified for ISO 27001:2005 standard, the international standard for information and physical security controls. Data protection is one of the key challenges, which AIPL has been able to address in a variety of different ways, suiting specific customer requirements. A robust, flexible and scalable internal IT infrastructure with risk assessment based security controls embedded at the design stage makes the offshore development center experience manageable and secure.

Business continuity planning / Disaster recovery planning

Risks related to natural / manmade contingencies are evaluated on a periodic basis at AIPL and based on this evaluation , suitable plans are drawn up for implementation at proper points of time. AIPL has well defined business continuity and disaster recovery plans for its core & support business operations. Suitable measures at the infrastructure, people, process and technology levels are designed and implemented in the infrastructure to facilitate speedy recovery in case of any emergencies. Regular Mock drills are also carried out to test these plans.
