Avineon India Quality Policy


Avineon India maintains a strong quality culture with customer satisfaction as our primary focus. This is reflected by our ISO 9001:2000 , ISO-27001 certifications and Six Sigma quality initiative, which ensure that defined processes are at the heart of every activity performed in Avineon, the common objective of all processes is to constantly deliver high value to our clients.

Our quality approach has established a define, measure, analyze, improve, and control loop in all processes and does so by incremental delivery and constant monitoring. Six Sigma and ISO 9001:2000 standard procedures are effectively used in achieving this.

Avineon India’s quality policy ensures that all employees throughout our organization are committed to working together in upholding our quality standards and actively involved in quality improvement procedures.

Quality is guaranteed at Avineon India, with company-wide metrics on tangibles like internal defect trends, post release defect density, customer satisfaction, effort and schedule variance, and productivity, among others, plotted every month and analyzed.

We show positive trends that can be attributed to the composite influence of all the process initiatives in this company. One of the key elements of Avineon India’s success and growth story has been its ability to satisfy customers with superior quality of service, which has ensured steady growth, repeat business, and positive customer referrals.

We have processes evolved from extensive project experience over many years in place to achieve consistency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Our Quality Journey
The Avineon India management team made a formal commitment to quality with the company’s inception in 1998. We completed the development and implementation of a quality management system (QMS) in 1999 and achieved ISO 9001:1994 certification in 2000. Avineon India’s QMS was successfully re-certified for ISO 9001:2000 in the same year. Since that time, Avineon India has achieved and maintained ISO 9001:2000 certification.

Our Quality Management System
Our Quality Management System is a set of standards and procedures, certified to ISO 9001:2000 standards by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), representing Avineon India’s best practices for service and product quality.

The scope of our QMS covers the following areas:
1. Application Software Development and Management
2. Geospatial/CAD Solutions
3. Engineering Services, 3D Modeling, and Plant Design Automation


Our continuous adherence to this standard provides one of the strongest assurances of service quality available. Our ISO 9001:2000 QMS is applied in organizing and operating all the processes that comprise the design, engineering, production, delivery, and service of products & services.

Our processes are designed and defined for repeatability, and with flexibility to accommodate changing business drivers and market trends. Avineon India strives to continuously improve our processes in response to customer feedback, internal reviews, process measurement, and Six Sigma analysis.

We consistently deliver high-quality business solutions and services that meet or exceed our customer's expectations, resulting in long term customer relationships with Avineon.

Continuous Improvement
Avineon India’s development of a metrics-based quality management application called QA Database was based on our belief that accurate, timely metrics are integral to maintaining quality. This data is an important tool for management, enabling informed decisions that drive Avineon India’s products and product quality to be best-in-class.

We apply statistical techniques to analyze quality, identify problem areas, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions for continual improvement of quality.

Avineon India conducts frequent QMS internal audits to ensure full organizational compliance with QMS policy.
