Description:
The candidate shall have
experience in design and should have experience
in the field of Refinery, Petrochemicals,
Chemicals, Fertilisers, and Oil & Gas etc.
• Experience in design of
substation with and calculations for HV LV and
MV
• Shall have knowledge in MH estimates and
scope review
• Develops Engineering/design philosophies for
all Electrical systems, for power generation,
distribution.
• Experienced in all aspects of Electrical
equipment/systems specification, evaluation,
drawing review, purchasing support, and design;
including but not limited to:
-Switchgear (including Medium Voltage and High
Voltage GIS)
-Transformers
-Motor Control
-Variable Speed Drives (including medium
voltage)
-Generators
-Heat Tracing
-Cathodic Protection
-UPS, Batteries, and Chargers
-Substations
Software Proficiency:
ETAP/EDSA knowledge is desirable
Should be familiar to IEC,& NEC & all
other International codes .

Wide exposure to Open source
technologies.

Hands on experience with
JAVA, J2EE, XML, Database environment is a
must

Should have excellent communication, presentation, analytical &
problem solving skills.

Should have experience in preparing technical documentation, use
cases, class diagrams, test cases etc.

Prior experience in product development/professional services in IT
industry.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies i.e. OOAD,
UML.

Knowledge
