PVElite, BJAC, ETANK, Finglow
- Shall have knowledge in
International codes and practices like ASME SEC
VIII-Div1&2, TEMA, HEI, PIP etc.
- Shall have knowledge in
International codes and practices
- Shall have a good
communication and command over English
language.
* Experience:
Wide Experience of 8+ years
with Multi-Discipline Engineering Consultancy
and EPC Design Engineering Companies worked in
various Detailed Design Engineering activities
of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, and
Fertilizer & Power Industries.
* Responsibility:
-
Multi-Discipline Design
Engineering Experience in Global Teams working
with International Clients with responsibility
for Mechanical Strength Calculations for
Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchanges, Columns as per
ASME SEC VIII-Div 1&2 by using software like
COMPRESS / PVElite as well as manually
- Sizing Calculations for
various Pressure Vessels
- Optimization of Thickness for
economical design and as per commercial
availability of plates and raw materials
- Preparation / modification of
nozzle orientation plans to meet process /
piping requirements
- Preparation of Loading Data
Preparation of Specification for Raw Materials
and bought-out items inline with client
specifications
- Bid evaluation, technical
discussions with vendors and preparation of
technical recommendation for above equipment.
- Vendor drawings &
documents checking and approval for Mechanical
Equipment.
- Inspection of Bought-out
items Erection, Testing and Commissioning of
various Mechanical Equipment.
- Co-ordination with Client,
Vendors and Other Departments.
- Project Planning, Scheduling
- Shall interact with
Client/Customer for Queries/Clarifications etc.
- Preparation of workflow, work
procedures, Design specifications , Guide &
Training module for New Joiners
- Overall Project schedule
