His technical experience includes computer aided engineering, software engineering and database management. 

Under his leadership, Avineon, Inc. has won numerous awards that include the Washington Technology Fast 50 award, Inc. 500 award, Virginia Fantastic 50 award(s), and Outstanding awards for Department of Defense Innovative Research efforts from Commonwealth of Virginia.
