Avineon India considers recent migration from ISO 9001 to ISO 9001:2000 a very important step in continuing to grow and develop as a company that provides quality products and services. The ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System encompasses virtually all aspects of our operations and how we perform our work. Specific attention is given to the “closed-loop” characteristics of the new 2000 format, in that each step along the way is monitored, verified, and improved based on Measured Results and Customer Satisfaction. 

The major points this system emphasizes are:

• Obtain thorough knowledge and complete understanding of Customer requirements
• Apply lessons learned based on past performance and implement preventive measures during job planning, preparation, and execution
• Establish metrics, then monitor and analyze results on an on-going basis to verify and validate our processes and performance, and make improvements as needed
• Set goals for continual improvement based on measured results and Customer input 

In short, Avineon India practices Total Quality Management (TQM), and is committed to “Excellence in Engineering and Quality by Design.” Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) is implemented at every stage of a Avineon India project. The Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) and Project Management will inspect all deliverables not only for data accuracy but to verify that all QA/QC procedures have been followed and documented throughout a project, and all Customer requirements have been met.

All the staff receive intensive project management and QA/QC procedures training and employ ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems and methodologies in their work. It is the responsibility of all our employees to strive for the highest possible quality in performing their work in accordance with the standards established by Avineon India and customers’ requirements.
