InfoTech Enterprises, Inc. changes its corporate name to Avineon, Inc.
Alexandria, VA (June 05, 2002): InfoTech Enterprises, Inc., a leading information technology and geospatial solutions company serving government and industry, announced today that the firm has changed its name to Avineon, Inc. Over the past year, the Company has launched new business thrusts, expanded its global presence, and introduced unique performance measurement initiatives into the corporate culture. The new brand identity was developed to reinforce and promote the innovative approaches that Avineon is taking to prepare for future growth.
The new identity also provides an opportunity for the Company to consolidate all their operations under the Avineon name. The Company recently moved its USA headquarters to a larger facility in Alexandria, Virginia in order to accommodate growth, and opened new offices in Huntsville, Alabama, Chicago, Illinois, and Juno Beach, Florida. Avineon India Private Ltd., established in 1998, is a software development and data conversion facility in Hyderabad, India.
